A full discovery process conducted by the District Agency is to understand our client's current situation and help them execute a plan to reach their organization and technology goals. We begin by meeting with key personnel (if possible) in an open ended forum, gathering documents and resources relevant to the project, and understanding the goals of the organization and the project. We provide employees with information that help them understand the technology process, and better qualify them to make difficult technology decisions during the project lifecycle.
